Lot 12 is the parcel that holds Villa Del Cielo — the first home completed and the first home sold at Farmstead Collection. It’s not for sale. We keep this page live because it answers the most common question about the property: “What does it look like when it’s built?”

The residence is 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, approximately 400 m² (4,450 sq ft) of climate-controlled interior, with an infinity pool oriented toward the Pacific and accommodation for nine. The parcel is 1.24 acres, the residence sits on the upper third, and the remaining land is preserved as private buffer. Owners use it part of the year and place it in our hospitality program the rest of the year — performance details are shared under NDA with serious buyers of the remaining inventory.
