Lot 07 is the most secluded parcel on the property — set back from the main internal road, with mature jungle on three sides and a clear corridor through the canopy that opens to the Pacific to the west. Ocean and jungle in roughly equal measure.

At 0.78 acres, the parcel supports a larger primary residence (up to roughly 400 m²) with deep privacy buffers on every side. The building envelope is set to preserve the canopy corridor to the west — the ocean view is part of the parcel character and we don’t recommend building it out.
